We've had lots of wonderful experiences travelling and living overseas, meeting people from so many different countries, that it seemed natural for us to offer accommodation in the Duder Homestead when we returned to live in New Zealand a few years ago.

We are married with 4 children, and have lived in Devonport since early 2000.
Kerry's worked in banking and finance for over 20 years, and Helen's worked in banking and the organic food industry - as well as raising a family and running the Duder Homestead.

We are both "Kiwis" by birth, and we met in the mid 1980's when we both worked for the Bank of New Zealand.
Following the "overseas experience" adventure trail, taken by many young New Zealanders, we met again by chance in London in the late 1980's. After more travel, we settled in London for the next 12 years, and still have our apartment in Hampstead Heath, next to Parliament Hill.
We have both travelled extensively throughout the UK & Europe - during the 12 years we were based in London. We also spent several years travelling through Asia, South America, Europe & Africa. In December 1999 we returned to NZ, for the NZ lifestyle, and to be closer to our families.
